Join us for 4 Wednesday mornings of mindfulness practices.  Life is constantly changing and as we move through our lives we need supports that will kick in when things become challenging.

The aim each week is to teach these useful tools that will reduce stress and create a greater sense of being in control and peace.  We will incorporate meditation, discussion and sharing so as to help achieve more awareness and promote a greater sense of peace.  All parents welcome
